How to enjoy Khao Takieb Beach?

Khao Takiab Beach is located not too far away from Hua Hin Beach and close to many a hotel in Hua Hin.  For example, it is just 33 minutes away from the Avani+ Hua Hin Resort. Khao Takieb is a tranquil spot with fewer visitors and a more natural vibe around it. The hilltop temple Wat Khao Takiap overlooks the beach from its vantage point. The hilltop is sometimes called the Monkey Mountain thanks to the macaques that thrive there. Sometimes, these monkeys come down to the beach to rest on rocks or clamber overfishing boats. You can dip your feet in the water, chase some frolicking waves and enjoy the peace with the monkeys who sometimes venture near the waters.

How to enjoy Suan Son Pradipat Beach?

Head further south and you’ll come across the Suan Son Pradipat Beach. The beach stretches nearly 8 kilometres and is fairly unspoiled. Giant pine trees provide shade from the sun along the length of the beach. Come low tide, the entire beach spreads out, beckoning sea dippers. You can lie down on the sand or chase lapping waves. However, you’ll need a pass to access the beach as it is controlled by the military. Most foreign travellers don’t know about the beach, hence it’s pretty isolated. Nearby, there are lovely gardens and ponds to walk around, and cafés to grab lunch.

How to enjoy Khao Tao Beach?

Go along in the southern direction once again to find Khao Tao Beach. It is a compact, secluded beach. This is the place for you to really escape the crowd. It is great for swimming, and you can venture into deeper waters easily. Make your way up the hill from the beach towards the caves of Wat Tham Khao Tao. There are some giant Buddha sculptures and a golden tortoise one. Nearby, you can find a small fishing village where you can take in a slow life and its charm. Khao Tao Beach is ideal for a day trip.

How to enjoy Cha-am Beach?

If you go to the north of Hua Hin, you should definitely check out Cha-am Beach. This beach is for those who love an eventful beach holiday. You can go on banana boat rides or try Jet Skiing. Try your hand at beach volleyball or horseback riding. The beach can get crowded over the weekend. You can find some of the area’s best and freshest seafood at Cha-am Beach. Sit under a shady beach umbrella and tuck into a seafood platter with lemon wedges around it. Order a pitcher of beer to pair the crunchy, salty, bites. Get a Thai massage by the beach to feel invigorated.

How to enjoy Hua Hin Beach?

Finally, let’s talk about the city’s most famous beach – Hua Hin Beach. This is the city’s most notable beach with stunning white sand and flat stretches running the length of the town. You can find plenty of things to do at Hua Hin Beach. As the sandy stretch is expansive, you can find your own private spot on it.
