A trip to Vietnam is a dream that we all have. So, if you come across a chance for a Vietnamese tour, ensure it's at least 7 days long. Your activities of interest, preferences, and the specific places you wish to visit must all be carefully considered when organising a seven-day trip to Vietnam. Vietnam's rich culture, history, and scenic beauty are all part of this diverse nation. For you to make the most of your seven-day trip, here is a general itinerary:

First things first - making reservations

As soon as you fix the dates, make all your bookings. When fixing the dates, you should ideally be checking the predicted weather conditions, and most importantly, whether Vietnam has any special holidays coming up. And then, make your reservations much in advance. Book your flights, and the accommodation as well. Since being located in Hanoi is a great option on every hand, you may choose any one of the apartments in Ho Chi Minh City District 2 for your stay. Somerset Feliz Ho Chi Minh City is a great option you have, and yes, they top all lists when it comes to serving foreign travellers. If you make early bird reservations, of course, you stand a chance to win big discounts too.

Spend the first two days in Hanoi

During your stay in Hanoi, you can first discover the Old Quarter by walking through the quaint streets that are lined with markets, retail establishments, and food stands. You may also visit Ngoc Son Temple and take a stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake. Both these experiences will calm your mind, and offer a good start for you for a peaceful vacation. If time allows, you may explore the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (a place with historical value), and the Temple of Literature (the first University in Vietnam) and also enjoy a Water Puppet Show.

Day 03 - Halong Bay

Halong Bay is for those who love cruising. You may take a cruise and there, you will be able to go through beautiful limestone karts. This is an amazing experience for sure, especially if you are someone in love with the wonders of Nature. If you are into some adventures, do not miss out on a kayaking ride when you are here.

Hoi An for days 04 and 05

Love exploring ancient towns? In Hoi An, there is the ever-popular Old Town. It's a well-preserved city and the charming vibe it has is unparalleled. After exploring the Old Town, you may go and explore the Japanese Covered Bridge (an old bridge in the city that was built back in the 18th century) and the Hoi An Central Market for a fun-filled shopping experience.

Day 06- Hue

In Hue, you have 03 main things to do. The first is to explore the Imperial City which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Do not also miss out on exploring the Thien Mu Pagoda which overlooks the Perfume River. If time permits, you may also take a peaceful boat ride on a Dragon Boat on the Perfume River.

Last day in Ho Chi Minh City again

Choose to spend your last day in Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City again. You may explore the Ben Thanh Market and buy some souvenirs to remember the journey, and if you have some more time remaining before the flight, you may also visit the War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace.

Travelling between cities

If your budget allows, choose the domestic flights to travel between the cities. This will save time a lot and you will not be exhausted too. But keep in mind that this will be an expensive option.
